Due to “space available”, we do accept “Reservations”. While our facility is quite large, we do experience seasonal peaks. As such, whether a seasonal/off-season customer or new, we provide storage on a “first come – first serve” basis, unless otherwise notified.
Our customer base has grown tremendously over the years; a result for which we are greatly appreciative. Out of appreciation, we wish to continue to offer space to those customers who have supported us over the years. We have also lost customers who have sold their equipment, opted for another storage solution … It is the latter that creates problems when we held space, only to discover the customer was no longer in need of our storage.
For prior seasonal/off-season customers who have been with us on an annual basis for years, we require notification by “Reservation” with a deposit if you wish to reserve space. Our “Seasonal Reservations” open mid September.
For new year-round customers, if you wish to secure storage at some point in the future, you will need to submit a Reservation Request and submit it with a $150 nonrefundable deposit. You may do so electronically, using our form, upon which we will bill you through PayPal. The deposit will be applied to the storage charge upon first billing, commencing on the date requested. Or, simply stop by and do so in person. Upon receipt of the reservation and deposit, you will be provided a confirmation. To obtain a quote, go to Storage Quote or call.
Your deposit will secure your spot for a period of one month (30 days) from the date you chose to begin storage, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Storage charges begin on the date chosen in the reservation.
